All TV news is inherently pandering to the lowest common denominator by basis of its platform. Part of the issue with FOX is how loud, both literally and metaphorically, it is. It builds its own echo chamber/bubble (and literally has loud casters to pander to vulnerable old people). Other stations are biased, and TV news has its issues, but they sell a narrative not a lifestyle of fear and hatred.
