I don't argue about her about the strength of her opponents because that's a very poor illustration of strength in these types of discussions. there are very few mid-tier characters I'd take Estelle over. She's strong, vaguely but not remarkably superhuman, and skilled. She's a capable fighter, at least enough to take Guile.
