The frivolous lawsuits and the crooked lawyers that support them here in this country are ridiculous. Bro, people will sue for anything if it happens on someone else's property. I have a claim where a neighbor offered to help the insured do some work on the insureds roof. The neighbor brought his OWN scaffolding and tools. The neighbor got unstable on the scaffolding HE set up and it felt over because HE didn't secure it properly himself. Fell and broke his ankle.
