What I cant stand is there are actually people out there that would try to sue their neighbor over something like that. Take some personal responsibility and quit trying to blame someone else when things go wrong for you. Bro, people will sue for anything if it happens on someone else's property.

I have a claim where a neighbor offered to help the insured do some work on the insureds roof. The neighbor brought his OWN scaffolding and tools. The neighbor got unstable on the scaffolding HE set up and it felt over because HE didn't secure it properly himself. Fell and broke his ankle.

Suing the insured because it happened on the insureds property.
