It was like a massive ring with some head guy arranging for falsified transcripts, false test scores, cheating, falsifying learning disabilities to get preferential treatment, stuff like that. Edit: And the reason her and her husband are actually getting this punishment is because they were the only ones to actually fight it and claim innocence to doing illegal things.
