It's not arguing what the eventual text became really - Leviticus as it is is still a rigorous tome. There are some good points though that are salient, like how it is true that biblical scholars have been on to how parts of the bible were written by many hands - iirc it's the early books that were purportedly written by Moses that were some of the first to be debunked. That scholarly work was revolutionary...in the 1800's. Or how translations for both testaments have been undergoing a lot of scrutiny with regards to looking at legitimate older texts written in old Hebrew or koine Greek etc. For example, the King James version in English - which is a general go-to, at least historically - is pretty well known for not always being on point with certain translations of words. --- Fervent appearing ...
