I even sometimes eat vegan food to be extra healthy but not THAT often. Usually once or twice a month I will order some fast food, I really like the big mac from mcdonalds but I wouldn't eat that every day, or even every week. I'm not really working out much. I usually go on some walks somewhat regularly and since I now live in Flagstaff, AZ, I've been going on more hikes but not regularaly. I don't want to shed all personal responsibility but I was pretty skinny until a few months after being put on mood stabilizers and anti psychotics. Like I am SUPER mentally ill but luckily the medication is actually working and I haven't really had an episode in some time. I'd say the most unhealthy thing about me is I drink beer.
