I think the problem was that people stopped marking him because they actually believed he was as above the law as he claimed to be. I remember him bragging about never being warned because he was too good at bending rules without breaking them. In my mind, I was like "oh really? There will come a time when you wish you hadn't admitted to that. You're not as clever as you think you are..." He got himself warned not long after that and I knew he wouldn't learn his lesson and instead keep tripping over his pride, which he did. After that he was stuck in an endless cycle of month-long to six month purgatories until they finally had enough and banned him. Allen even showed up in a topic about it to explain his process/decision.
