Once she gets access to Lulu's spells, Lulu becomes irrelevant. Hm, I guess later on Lulu isnt great. But thats mainly because her overdrive (most important thing late game) kinda sucks and her ultimate weapon is really annoying to get compared to everyones but maybe Wakkas.
