It awards gleamstones like a first time clear for watching CS'es but does not for the normal fighting stages. After full clearing the Sylvanseed stages show up again but predictably you have to clear through them in order again It's a slim possibility but if someone can retrigger whatever reset everyones quests, you could theoretically generate infinite gleamstones via watching the CS and resetting.
