I Steal/Purchase anything with a quest marker, and Scrutinize/Inquire literally everyone that is 70% or higher, but I'm certain a lot of these Side Stories require Guiding or Challenging and I've probably only managed to figure out the most obvious ones, like the old man trying to get to Clearbrook, or Challenging anyone with a thug or ruffian name. When I got Olberic I just went around beating up everyone. Managed to clear a quest I hadn't even got yet by beating up someone that someone else in a town I hadn't been to wanted beaten up --- "That's Engarde hairflip metal detector tier btw" -XIII_rocks ...
