WAIT I had a better note I didn't say GOOD idea that is still very silly: we replace all the cuts with similar people! Lets in a few bubble type people and spices up the real wrestling companies a bit. Off the top of my head:

-The only Man of 1,000 Holds we know here in CHIKARA BLACK is Dean Malenko!
-Hey did you hear that Kid Icarus was thinking about getting a stupid tattoo?
-After his father lost to Russo in a Loser Leaves Dimension match, Brian Zane has stepped up to fill the power vaccuum in WCW.
-We could either go with the ol' Perry Saturn joke for Benoit, or we could have The Rabid Wolverine James Logan.
-Sexy Star Man.
-a week too late for this to be in good taste and he doesn't really need a replacement anyway: The Villain Marty Jannetty

Might even be open to replacing Hogan and Yoshiko but I haven't had great ideas for them yet.
