Topic	Apparently the city worked on my parking lot. Towed everyone without notice

They had a dinky sign that said "No Back-in Parking" that you're likely not going to see at night and it mentioned nothing about towing. You could probably write a strongly worded letter to the city and send them the bill for any lost labor. You could also look up local ordnance about notices for city construction and what not.
