I prefer Cholula hot sauce but it's so damned expensive compared to Valentina.

I recently discovered Blue Top creamy garlic hatch hot sauce. It's totally amazing, but it appears to be available only seasonally.

Huy Fong Sriracha is great too.

You can buy Hidden Valley Ranch powder in a large bottle at Costco and Sam's Club. The stuff is fantastic on popcorn and you can mix it with sour cream to make a great chip dip. You can also add it to breading for fried chicken. And of course you can use it as a base for your own homemade salad dressings.

Kadoya pure sesame oil is amazing. They toast the sesame seeds before extracting the oil. It's flavor is very strong so you only need a little bit but it really makes a great addition to ramen, rice, stir fries, fried chicken, or anything else that goes with sesame. It has a fairly low smoke point so it can't be used by itself for frying, but seems to do alright if mixed with other oils like canola, soybean or peanut.
