It's basically like a Xanax or a klonopin, I know for some folks it gets them kind of high, but for me it just helps me fall asleep. Take them as needed, not as prescribed, also don't take more than the daily prescription. For example, my prescription is 2 a day, sometimes I take only 1 a day, or sometimes if I really want to fall asleep easy I take 2 at once, or if I'm feeling great ill take half of one or not take it at all. I never take more than the prescribed amount for the day. Also, don't do street drugs on them, that means don't mix alcohol or Marijuana with it.

This medication will help you, it's very subtle. Don't do what I did and get prescribed the max dose and take like 5, all that will do is put you to sleep and give you cotton mouth and bad flem build up the next day.
