how bad

Dependence can lead to fatal withdrawal, if you take them as prescribed you can avoid dependence for a while, but it's only a matter of time before tolerance builds and the dosage climbs out of necessity.

People telling you to take more than prescribed or to drink with it are giving you dangerous advice. Combining it with alcohol can lead to fatal cns depression. Taking a dose that is higher than prescribed can lead to delusions of sobriety or black outs.

You don't really feel a buzz from it, you will just be more calm. If your anxiety is bad enough, the relaxation can feel like euphoria.

I was a benzo addict for years, taking grey market benzos in quantities that astounded doctors and made it impossible to get professional help tapering down. I had multiple seizures and busted my head open twice. It all started with a prescription for clonazepam 0.5mg.
