I just beat the water boss/second boss in origami king and I'm bored The battles don't really get more interesting, just the puzzles for solving them get harder. It's mostly just the events that occur during the adventure that were interesting to me. If it's the battles that are boring you and the bosses won't convince you, then it's probably not for you unfortunately. I will say that I did love the very next area, Shogun Studios though. That was an interesting area. And the Bob-omb character you have with you is probably one of the best partners in the series. That said the battle system is a clear weak point of the game. Solving a puzzle before battling ends up becoming tedious, and the extreme lack of options to deal with enemies in the first place makes them boring on top of that.
