Topic	Mail delays are frustrating Philly residents

It took Champs sports 2 1/2 weeks to actually get some kicks IN the mail, after that it took like 3 days. I've also had a 2 day priority package sit in a regional post office in California for 3 days. Ended up taking 6 days. How would Donald Trump systemically make the mail take longer? Forget that we are fighting a pandemic, everyone is ordering shit online rn if possible, etc. No Donnie is sending his cronies out to post offices and telling them to slow down.
