I haven't played the remastered versions but this should still be accurate: If you're forced to pick an option but the game isn't showing your healthbar at the time it means you won't be penalized for picking the wrong answer so feel free to pick one of the more dumb sounding answers, these usually lead to some great interactions. Even some of the penalized answers can be hilarious. In Justice for All case 3, try telling the judge that the murder weapon is under his chair. Probably the funniest penalty in the series. --- ...
