If you're planning to summon, wait. The FEH Channel was confusing to me. It said the the summoning pool changes applied to New and Special Heroes banners (like the previous time they removed 5* units from the pool). Afterwards they said the changes started with the Hero Fest banner which is neither a New nor Special Heroes banner. I just assumed that the FEH was wrong but I guess the summoning pool changes were supposed to apply to the Hero Fest after all. --- My bracket looked like random picks compared to his.
