I believe they're going to be alongside the gen 1 revival banners? CYL 2 Heroes will also be getting refines. They don't tell us exactly what they do in the video, but Celica appears to heal after after she defeats an enemy. She also gains a special charge afterwards, which activates her Galeforce in the video. So healing + special charge? Ephriam heals 7 damage every time he attacks. He likely does more, but what is uncertain at this time. They'll likely go over it in the next Feh channel, scheduled mid August. Feh's Summer Celebration 3 and a half anniversary.
