I don't dislike dogs inherently but I just cannot relax or feel comfortable around a dog unless I know it very well. We need far less dogs in the country. Too many people treat dogs as toys, mindless tools and have one just to have one. We need stricter breeding laws and stricter requirements to own a dog. A dog is a responsibility. If you do not have the time, desire and ability to take good care of that dog and keep it and your neighbors safe then you DON'T own a fucking dog. You don't deserve a dog. Dogs are great but I just am not really compatible. I wasn't raised with dogs and the dog owners in my area were bad. I would say a majority or near majority of dog owners are bad owners. I wish I could love dogs but just just so hard with my past and my personality type.
