Had several incidents in the last few years with aggresive dogs too. The dog owners in my area were fucking scum. Got to the point I didn't go for a walk for months. So many people were leaving multiple big dogs unattended, and unsecured in their yard with no fencing. I got chased by a pack of dogs with what looked like paint splotches all over them. Just leaving their big dogs unattended, unsecured near a busy intersection and playground.
