It never flat out says anything about rape, it's just a fan theory. Other games are way too open about the protagonist being abused/bullied. Sure it's nice that they do their own thing, but they miss out on I'd say 2kki is mostly cozy. This segment felt fairly natural and progressed without being especially fucked up.
