captpackrat 07/26/20 11:10:48 AM #13: | I mix together several different sweeteners (aspartame/acesulfame, sucralose, stevia/monkfruit/erythritol, and sugar, this combination does not have any negative aftertaste and only 1/4 the calories), Benefiber (a soluble fiber supplement, also helps the remaining ingredients dissolve better), matcha (green tea powder), and unsweetened cocoa powder (baking cocoa). Add just enough hot water to dissolve everything, then add ice cubes to cool it down again. Then fill the glass the rest of the way with milk. Cocoa is loaded with flavonoids, matcha has loads of EGCG, polyphenols and caffeine, and the Benefiber adds about 10% of your daily requirement of soluble fiber per teaspoon. --- Minutus cantorum, minutus balorum, Minutus carborata descendum pantorum. ...
