They hide in all your shit and are really difficult to get rid of permanently. And if you live in an apartment or some connected building and other people have them then youre just fucked unless everyone gets their act together and gets rid of them all at once. An easy way to avoid these is to simply bathe and wash your stuff. I moved into a place in 2014 and the landlord said that when another tenant I complained about moved in, he brought bed bugs with him.
