I'm using my tickets as soon as I hit 5/5 and I've only lost 1 match all season but I'm staying at the same ranking range. I use my 5 tags and get up to like 2600-2700 and then by the time they are recharged I'm back down to like 3200-3300. It seems implausible that everyone above me is also keeping their tags used on cooldown whilst winning every match too.
