I'm pretty sure both me and Alucard explained pretty well how community boards are regulated and how to report issues where a community board user is not doing their part to uphold the rules they must uphold. I don't recall insinuating that I misunderstood, skimpped over your explaination, or that the board users and myself didn't mark the user's posts in my posted experience, but ok. I repeated what a MOD told me, and pointing it out in light of THIS being allowed to fester for god knows how long.
