With tactics like this, nobody knows if the unmarked van that comes for them is police or kidnappers. You don't think human traffickers operate this way? There is no excuse for the lack of transparency either. If you have enough evidence to arrest someone, wear a uniform with identification read the suspect their rights, and arrest them. Stuffing people into vans is 3rd world dictatorship shit. Just don't break any laws, and the strange men in the unmarked vans (some of which might not even be any kind of law enforcement) won't come for you? Stop and think about this for a minute.
