Property tax is escrow'd - looks to be about $1200.

Flyover states are cheap, unless you want to be "downtown" for some reason.
One of my friends is moving from an apartment from Westport to downtown and I just don't get it. Why do that to yourself?

I'm also just selfishly sad because she was the last friend I had who lived in Westport. Now I don't have a place to crash if we go hard.
