Really Hogan glued with Vince's promotion and mentality so flawlessly, although it's worth remembering that Hulkamania itself even predates the WWF edition - as Wade Keller is fond of regularly reminding listeners, Hulkamania was born in the AWA, and it was from there that he slotted easily in as the top guy in WWF --- Advokaiser makes me feel eternal.
