That's no fun :( In my case, I tried a few other times but only died once. The other times, Siren turned on me, hit me with Charm, and then stopped attacking. The server I'm on in XI isn't the most populated, and I still have memories of waiting for a party to do anything back when I played in 05/06. At this point, it felt kind of personal between the game and me, and I needed to beat it. The worst hurdle thus far has been overcome, and so that leaves the rest of the content I mean to finish. Then I can walk away from XI forever and maybe consider downloading City of Heroes now that it's back and free to play... for the next time there's downtime in XIV. That would be fitting, seeing as how I had quit XI for City of Heroes/Villains in 06. lol --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
