At my place of work, we have a great diversity of people among us. Both locals and foreigners and both men and women. And where I work you need knowledge, precision and strength. Strength is obviously something men are naturally better at than women but they make up for it in other areas. One older woman I work with, you can ask her pretty much anything and she will know the answer and she also has more responsibilities than the rest of us. And we have quite a few people from other countries here. It's kinda hard to communicate with some of them sometimes but they're all strong as fuck. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
