God is your Satanno, but close. "The Satan" means "The Accuser". It's a title; that's his job, given to him by YHWH. YHWH is basically the judge, and The Satan is basically the prosecuting attorney. Jesus is maybe the defense attorney, but only once you get to the NT. also, there isn't really a "heaven" or a "hell" for that matter. a lot of these ideas (heaven, hell, devil) come from somewhere else (Zoroastrianism?) and aren't really part of Jewish or technically even Christian teaching. and then, YHWH is just the Canaanite god of war anyway.
