Topic	Some dude killed him self in front of me earlier

This one just happened in front of me compared me arriving and hes already deceased I did a stint in EMS. Ive seen a couple DOAs, a pulmonary embolism dying right at the ER, and a couple cardiac arrests. Never suicide, much less someone doing it right in front of me.
