Even America/Europe truck sim knows to cheat in between cities. And the largest airports are locked behind paywalls if you don't want the auto generated version (Denver, Ohare, heathrow, San Francisco, Dubai, Frankfurt, and a few others) Want to fly between europe and america? enjoy looking at the same ocean for 5-6 hours.
