They have too big of a roster to not do that, though I don't suppose it would do any good to try and tell Vinnie Mac he can't literally buy pro wrestling itself. It's the same mistake WCW made. They had over two-hundred wrestlers on the roster at the time they closed; over a hundred of which were never on television. They just kept buying wrestlers to try and keep them from the competition. Meanwhile, the WWE utilized what talent they had to the maximum potential and put out a far better product. There's no way to realistically run a coherent show when you have every superstar under the sun. There isn't enough time to give them the individual focus they need. People simply aren't obsessed enough with wrestling to want to watch 6 to 8 hours of wrestling programming every week.
