Perhaps they require better training, documenting to ensure they're fit for the role etc. In any case, these cops had nothing to do with Floyd and have been through a lot with these riots and the public turning on them. If you were in their position your mental health would more than likely not be in the best state. People love to shit on police but few understand the inherent stress of the job.
