And if you want to blame anyone; people like Andrew Cuomo who set up EVERY nursing home to fail by making them all stay there and spread the virus to the people they lived with. Trump doesn't control every micro decision in each state, bud. If you want to blame Trump; fine...but lets involve the 50 governors, too. As an actual physician who dealt with this outbreak when it first happened, the lack of available testing for over a month after Trump and Pence promised that testing would be readily available was absolutely instrumental in causing this to be uncontrollable. I went an entire month unable to get tests with dozens of patients who clearly had covid-19. So none of those cases were counted or tracked, and many went on to expose other people. Added to that was Trump himself deliberately downplaying the threat, saying it was all a conspiracy to ruin his presidency. And make no mistake, the rally in Tulsa was a deliberate statement about how seriously, or lack thereof, he takes coronavirus currently. --- Well allons-y, Alonso! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
