| Ranticoot 07/10/20 2:14:54 AM #2: | I don't really know Madison or Presea (though just the games they are from screams Low Fodder to me, maybe even LAW), but for Arceus and Doom: Arceus - decent Low Fodder. Pokemon post-Gen 2 is usually weak unless it is just too popular or has Smash. Arceus has neither. The god thing can get it votes but as a whole, I don't think people are going to vote for it. Doctor Doom - High Fodder, though the case for Fodder Line can be made. Doom is hurt badly by not having a good live action movie, but his longevity as a character, many cartoon appearances, and some good video game roles like Marvel vs. Capcom give him some strength. If he ever gets in the MCU and is done justice there, he could definitely be a decent midcarder as he's probably already one of the strongest Marvel characters who wouldn't get any strength from movies. --- Born to lose, live to win!
