If you put tank stance on and pull, then the other tank provokes off you, let them have it - never argue with DF idiots. Chances are the other tank is just going to die to something stupid and you'll be back to MT. In 24 mans, the first tank that pulls is the MT. Try to keep an eye out for if/when they die and be ready to Provoke, but usually if you aren't MT you have adds or something to take care of. As a general rule, if you're OT then do the first minute or so of the fight with tank stance off, then turn it on.
