Trump's already lost every single legal battle across the lower courts, which led to it reaching the Supreme Court at all. It's fucking incredible that he could actually drag this out in court so fucking long that it isn't finally over until the re-election vote has already been made. Four fucking years! Our system seems to be a bit broken.... There's checks and balances and appeals, and then there's just straight up road blocking justice.
