Everything about the partners in this game seems very half-assed and unimportant. You have a partner for like 1 hour in each chapter, they do 1 single auto attack in battle, and then after that chapter I assume they are just gone for the rest of the game. At least from what I've seen, it seems to indicate that. That is not what we liked about partners.
