I remember not caring for the 1st movie at all (esp how it ended) but I seriously loved the 2nd movie. Covers all the relevant stuff, keeps things tight/moves briskly and the changes they made to the whole final battle sequence are fantastic. Though I also haven't rewatched the show in a while so probably worth doing both the show & the movies and you can report back to us! Also Brotherhood and AoT, this is a pretty solid anime order. My only recommendations after those are the (completely different) Monster (found nowhere) and Legend of the Galactic Heroes (available for streaming on HiDive!) ... Copied to Clipboard! |
