I have never self flushed before and don't even know if I know how. but I sometimes go to a doctor and have them do it. You just tilt your head, put 10 drops of the peroxide stuff in your ear, lay down on your side to keep it in and listen to it bubble for like 10 minutes, then flush that shit out with water Might have to do it a few times, took me three days of doing it twice a day --- "I like turtles" ...
