First video was the first thing I found, CNN saying it was a hate crime when a white person did it to a black person. Then the next video is the one that talks about various ones, and race is never brought up. That was just a quick YouTube search. Someone said CNN had something about it and I wanted to check it out and that's what I found. Just to be clear, wasn't talking about your post. It looks like the kid in the first video attacked someone because he was black. In the second video, you don't see a motive. If a black person attacked someone because they are white, that would make race an issue an could be a hate crime.
