| Panthera 07/05/20 11:52:24 PM #10: | Yes? 11 base speed requires 15 AS to double, which is not common on enemies even in chapter 32. And obviously assuming base level at that point in the game on Marcus of all people is a hilarious sandbag, I'm just pointing it out because it shows that no amount of personal experience can actually make him get doubled by a particularly large amount of late game generics because his base doesn't allow for it. --- Meow! ...
