First off, it seems you forgot to bump G&W up to High Fodder after our reranking a few days back.

Anyways, I think Low Fodder best fits all three of these characters.

Archer's from a niche source that I'm not convinced can even propel a single character above Low Fodder. Even if it could, though, Archer is no longer that character now that we've aged past the point of 'looks like Dante' mattering much in a character battle setting.

Nebula's probably on the high end of Low Fodder due to her MCU significance plus the general appeal a character like this has here. The problem is that she's possibly the major MCU character to which 'just there' best applies as a consensus descriptor despite her plot importance in Endgame, with Vision being the other competitor.

I feel like BB-8 would pretty much be the ideal gauge of voters' opinions on the Star Wars sequel trilogy, given that he's essentially its mascot, and that hardly anyone loves or conversely dislikes him (unlike Rey for example, who we probably ought to rerank). Unfortunately, after a well-liked start in The Force Awakens, I get the strong impression that most prospective voters stopped caring once they watched The Last Jedi and especially The Rise of Skywalker.

However, rather than proposing reranking Rey, I'll instead continue following my existing plans by nominating Inkling for reranking. Yes, the Splatoon games have been spectacular mainstream successes, but they've never shown any strength to speak of on GameFAQs, presumably because we hardly play multiplayer-centric games anymore. That leaves Inkling as practically just another member of Smash Ultimate's huge roster as far as most voters are concerned (case in point: they couldn't even leverage abundant Smash Ultimate hype into a CBX appearance), which makes our existing ranking look awfully generous.
