And I also know that he would have seen the blockade from far enough away to slow down and stop, instead he sped through the shoulder without any indication he wanted to stop. It doesn't have to be that he disagrees with BLM, he could very well just be angry that protestors are out and about, lord knows how many Facebook "if they block my car I'd run them over" posts I've seen over the years. Actually, there's been plenty of attempted collisions by vehicles in Portland since this began. And vehicular terrorist attacks have also been on the rise globally over the past half a decade. Which is to say, this was almost certainly a premeditated terrorist attack that killed one and injured another. Your skepticism is making light of what had to have happened for him to do it.
