I'm done making excuses for people who refuse to be anything but ignorant. If you still can't do 15% rounded up/down after having the simplest explanation, you are mentally deficient or willfully ignorant. Theres not much difference adding 1 + 1 and 1.5 + 1.5. Its very easy to add up 1.50 values. Or .75. We learn this in grade school ffs.

If your posts are any indication of how you treat people IRL, learning % did not help you become a decent human being.
