I think from memory my nation was given an Epic level collector card, which was the second highest level as I had a lot of worldwide top 1% ranks. (I assume these cards still exist - it was originally an April Fool's event that was really popular so they kept them). Fun enough site, but gets repetitive. If anyone is serious about knowing the effect on your nation before answering issues, you can check what will happen on the below list which I still had in my favorites for some reason - it does ruin the surprise of things though.
